Vickie incorporates her vast experience of teaching yoga in London and Herts within her various dance classes taking a holistic approach to teach the whole dancer.

Using this somatic practice for well-being, physically and mentally, to feel the body's movements while protecting it for lifelong learning and healing.

The school is fully inclusive offering dance classes to all - from 0-100+ for all abilities and genders.

Vickie believes everyone should have the platform to express theirself with a chance to dance and now offers seated dance classes for various levels of movement and cognitive skills. 


Student training In London at The Central School of Ballet in the Vaganova method with Christopher and Carole Gable.

Vaganova Academy In St Petersburg, Russia.

The Graduates Course at London Studio Centre with Ronald Emblen, Alicia Markova and Anya Evans.


Teacher Training at The Royal Academy of Dance, International Dance Teachers Association, National Association of Teachers of Dancing, Progressing Ballet Technique and The Royal Ballet Schools.


Principal of own Ballet School In Hitchin and Letchworth, Teacher for Ballet - babies to the older adult, Contemporary Modern Jazz, Tap, Theatre Craft, National, Free Movement, PBT plus Strengthening and Conditioning.

Introduced Teens and Children's yoga to The Letchworth Centre plus also previously taught Adult yoga there for 15+ years.

Studied Yoga In UK, India, Italy, Egypt and Greece.

Qualified In Thai foot massage and Indian Head massage.


Continued Professional Development Vickie regularly updates her skills and is currently studying two courses. 


Adam Astill - School Patron

altAdam Astill graduated from Hertfordshire Theatre School with The Most Promising Student of the Year award.

He is probably best known for his roles in the BBC drama Mistresses and the long running series Holby City and Eastenders, but his career on stage and screen has seen him work with everyone from Dustin Hoffman to Mister Blobby.

He is honoured to be patron of the Lesnick School of Ballet and takes great delight in watching it go from strength to strength.
